Bryan C. Fleck - CEO

Mr. Bryan Fleck is an experienced Senior Executive with nearly thirty years of business experience in a highly regulated business environment.  Prior to joining Pidge Industries, LLC, Mr. Fleck operated in the protein industry under USDA/ FSIS regulations. Rising to the level of president of a $200 million company, he successfully navigated through a financial turnaround and sale of the business.  Previously, Mr. Fleck oversaw all regulatory and technical aspects of a division of Tyson Foods and implemented new food safety and quality programs for the company.  In a written publication, he was highlighted in an article of the National Provisioner for industry standards, which were established by the company and the industry. 

Mr. Bryan Fleck possesses experience in both the public and private sector and successfully steered his career in both dynamics.  During his tenure, top line revenues and customer base grew significantly.  In addition to business, Mr. Fleck sat on the board of the National American Meat Association and currently actively participates on boards committees.


John A.  “Sandy” Pidgeon, Jr. – President

 20 year veteran from the US Navy SEAL Teams. His operational tours included SDV Team TWO (CHARLIE PLT OIC - MK-9 SDV 1989-1991), SEAL Team EIGHT (ALPHA PLT and HOTEL PLT OIC -1991-1994: Somalia and Haiti), as well as being the first co-pilot and department head of the Advanced SEAL Delivery System from 1997-2001.   He has also a very strong background in Survival and Personnel Recovery operations as he instructed both to DoD and Interagency personnel (Iraq, Afghanistan and world-wide). He has also been a counter-insurgency and maritime security/anti-piracy contractor for civilian companies overseas.  


Michael J. Fleck - Executive Vice President

Chemist and Attorney – Published Author and Patent Inventor re: AOPs. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Michael Fleck was an environmental research chemist and consultant. He published a number of technical articles and has given many technical lectures in the field of environmental chemistry. In 1995, he received a patent for his invention of a high-tech carbon monoxide air filtration unit. He is also a practicing attorney and is licensed in Illinois, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Trial Bar), the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. 

He is the founding partner of Fleck & Meyers, P.A., has served as Past President of the McHenry County Bar Association, is a member of the Board of Directors for the Centegra Health System Foundation, Past President of the Huntley Area Library District and current Board Member of the Consolidated School District 158 - Huntley, Illinois.
